Make sure The Pressure Pod™ is turned on and the lid is closed securely.

The more tightly it's closed, the more airtight it is. But be careful: don't close it so tightly that you can barely open it.

Check that the threads of the cover and cylinder are clean.

Dirt or dust can cause air leakage.

Remove the rubber O-ring and lubricate it lightly (silicone grease).

If you have electronic problems, follow these steps:

1. Leave the device completely switched off overnight.
2. Fully charge the device until all four lights stop flashing.
3. Only use the appliance when it is disconnected from the charger.
4. If the appliance doesn't start, tap the compressor area firmly immediately after turning it on.
5. Remove the silicone cover and test the device without it.
6. Make a video of the problem without the cover and send it to us.

Caution: Don't close the box too hard. This will make it difficult to open.

Having trouble opening? Try this:

1. First make sure you have released the pressure using the bleed button.
2. Still not working? Gently tap the edge of the lid with a spoon or spoon handle.
3. If necessary, remove the silicone cover for extra grip.

Situation: Balls feel too hard

Solution: The Pressure Pod™ builds pressure up to 20 PSI. This can cause balls to feel hard after extended storage. No problem: just remove them from the pod before playing, and they'll feel normal again.

Situation: Balls are not hard enough yet

Solution: Older or softer balls need more time. Preferably use balls that still have some pressure. Return them to the pod after each session to maintain optimal pressure.
