Do I have to take exclusivity?
No. You are not tied to anything. If you take 120 units or more we will discuss an exclusive territory. That is a choice, not a condition.
What is the minimum first order?
Twelve units. After that you can reorder per unit, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Count on 30 days. We produce per order rather than from stock, so you always get fresh product. For larger quantities we plan production together.
Can I sell online?
Yes, as long as you keep to the recommended retail price. Selling through marketplaces such as Amazon is by agreement.
What about warranty and returns?
We take back defective products without discussion and refund your purchase price. You do not have to keep your customer waiting on us.
Do you ship outside Europe?
Yes. We have partners in Kuwait, South Africa, Australia and Israel. We handle the customs paperwork.
