We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused or unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order through our webshop.
30-day cooling-off period (EU)
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
